Ingredients
Method
- 100g dried spaghetti
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100g broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 clove of garlic, finely sliced
- 1⁄2 red chilli, sliced
- 1 tbsp almond flakes
- Salt and pepper
- Cook the spaghetti until al dente in a large pan of salted water. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan, and add the broccoli.
- Leave the broccoli alone for a few minutes so that it chars, then turn and char on the other side, too. Chuck in the almonds, garlic, and chilli, and stir fry for 3 minutes, then season well. Drain the spaghetti, and toss in the broccoli pan. Mix well, and serve. Easy!
