Chilli and Peanut Noodles
- 100g noodles
- Salt
- 50g peanut butter
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 lime, juice only
- 2 chopped spring onions, to garnish
- 1 tbsp roasted salted peanuts, chopped, to garnish
- Cook the noodles to packet instructions, and drain. Meanwhile, whisk the sauce ingredients together in a bowl, along with a few dashes of water to loosen.
- Add the sauce to the noodles, heat through for a minute, and garnish with spring onions and peanuts. Quick, easy, and totally delicious!
