Chinese Five-Spice Steak Stir-Fry



  • 250g sirloin steak
  • 1 tbsp veg oil
  • 1 tbsp Chinese five-spice paste
  • 300g pack of stir-fry vegetables
  • Thinly slice your steak, and stir fry in 1 tbsp of oil in a wok for 2 mins. Stir in the five-spice paste, then tip the vegetable mixture into the wok. Stir fry for 3 mins, then add a splash of water and cook for 2 mins more. Season, and serve with egg-fried rice or noodles.
