- 3 vine tomatoes, sliced
- 320g sheet of all butter puff pastry
- 1 beaten egg
- 150g red onion marmalade
- 200g camembert, cut into 0.5cm slices
- 8g fresh oregano leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Unroll the pastry and score a 1cm border around the edge. Brush the border with beaten egg and spread the onion marmalade thinly over the centre. Arrange the sliced tomato and camembert over the top, scatter with sea salt and some black pepper.
- Slide the pastry and its paper onto a preheated baking tray, then bake for 30 mins or until the pastry is golden, crisp and puffed. Scatter with the oregano leaves and drizzle with olive oil, then serve sliced with a fresh green salad.
