Fig and Goat’s Cheese Canape
- 8 ripe figs, halved
- 100g soft goat’s cheese
- 25g clear honey
- 20g chopped pistachio kernels
- A few thyme sprigs, leaves chopped
- Place the figs on a serving platter, cut-side up. Slice the goat’s cheese into 8 equal rounds, then slice each round in half.
- Push the goat’s cheese semi-circles into the fig flesh, then season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the honey, scatter with the pistachios, and finish with a little chopped thyme.
