  • 12 large prawns, raw
  • 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 3 dried chillies
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Crusty bread, to serve
  • Peel the prawns and leave the tails intact (be sure to remove the digestive tract with a cocktail stick or skewer!). Season with a pinch of sea salt.
  • Add the garlic, chillies and oil to a frying pan and sizzle for a minute or two. Add the prawns, cook for 2 mins on each side or until pink. Sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley, then serve straight from the pan with crusty bread. Yum!
