Garlic Kale Chips for Sharing



  • ½ tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic flakes
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 250g curly kale, leaves picked
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Preheat the oven to 120C and line 2 baking trays with paper. Mix together the chilli, garlic, and salt, and then pop the kale in a large bowl and massage the oil into the leaves. Toss in the seasoning, and mix well.
  • Spread the leaves out in a single layer across the 2 baking trays. Bake for 20 mins, turning the leaves halfway through the cooking time. Turn off the heat, and leave for 10 mins or until the leaves are nicely crisp. Serve as a side or as a healthy snack.
