Garlic Prawn Tapas

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 chillies, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • ½ finely chopped onion
  • 300g cooked peeled prawns
  • Chopped parsley
  • Heat the oil in a pan and cook the garlic, paprika, chillies and onion until nicely softened.
  • Toss the prawns into the pan and cook for 5 mins or until hot through and well coated in the onion mixture. Scatter with chopped parsley, and serve immediately with crusty bread to mop up all the juices. Yum!
