- 1.5 tbsp gochujang chilli paste
- 20g salted butter
- ½ runny honey
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 20g grated ginger
- 300g oriental stir fry mixed veg
- 300g udon noodles
- 2 roasted chicken breast fillets, cut into bite-sized chunks
- ½ tsp black sesame seeds
- Melt together the gochujang, honey and butter in a small pan until combined. Set aside. Meanwhile, add the sesame oil to a wok and fry the ginger for a minute, then tip in the stir fry mix, noodles, chicken and about 75ml water. Fry for 3 mins, until the noodles have softened.
- Pour the gochujang mixture over the chicken and noodles and cook for 3 mins more, stirring constantly to coat everything in the sauce. Scatter with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
