Grilled Lamb Chops
- The zest of 1 lemon
- 4 lamb chops or steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- Heat your grill to high, or fire up the barbeque.
- Rub the lamb and tomatoes with lemon zest and olive oil, and season well with salt and pepper. Grill them together on a baking tray or on the barbeque for 8-10 minutes, turning them over halfway through cooking.
- Serve with new potatoes, or with spiced and fruity couscous.
