Ingredients
Method
- 100g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Small handful of fresh parsley
- Soak two wooden skewers in some water for at least ten minutes. Thread your chicken strips onto the skewers, and drizzle with the olive oil.
- Heat up a griddle pan or barbecue, then cook the chicken skewers for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden. Drizzle over the honey, and toss over the toasted seeds. Serve with a scattering of parsley and another splash of olive oil.
