We are looking for an industrial designer who can take ownership of the physical products that define Good Pair Days.
Location: Australia or similar time zone (Remote, with occasional travel for prototypes, suppliers, or team sessions)
Employment Type: Full time, permanent
TL;DR
We are looking for an industrial designer who can take ownership of the physical products that define Good Pair Days.
You will design and help bring to life our welcome offer products and rewards, from iconic items like our Cheeseboard Cooler through to a growing range of loyalty rewards and lifestyle products. Over time, you will help build a distinctive rewards product range and brand that customers genuinely value.
This is a hands on role for someone who wants to design real products efficiently and see them out in the world.
Who We Are
Good Pair Days exists to make wine more enjoyable and less intimidating. We believe wine should feel confident, generous, and fun.
We build products people genuinely love, from personalised wine subscriptions to real world experiences. A core part of that experience is the physical rewards and welcome products we give our customers, the things they keep, reuse, and associate with Good Pair Days.
We are a small team by design. We value taste, practicality, and execution. We believe great designers who understand production and efficient ways of working can have outsized impact.
About the Role
This is a mid-senior, end to end industrial design role with real ownership.
You will be part of a cross-functional procurement, marketing, and brand team, working closely with marketing and brand to design products that support our offers, rewards strategy, and customer experience.
Your primary focus will be the design of welcome offer products and rewards. This includes hero welcome items, loyalty rewards, and the development of a cohesive rewards product range that feels unmistakably Good Pair Days.
In addition, you will contribute to packaging design, both for rewards and for core Good Pair Days packaging such as our subscription boxes, ensuring everything feels considered, practical, and on brand.
This is not a purely conceptual role. You will be expected to think about materials, manufacturing, costs, logistics, and durability, and to work directly with suppliers to get things made properly.
We care about efficiency. You will be encouraged to use modern design, collaboration, and AI tools to reduce admin, move faster, and spend more time designing and less time managing process.
You do not need wine industry experience. You do need strong taste, practical thinking, and a desire to help build a rewards led wine and lifestyle product brand.

- Strong taste and attention to detail
- Practical, curious, and solutions focused
- Comfortable using modern tools to work efficiently
- Excited by designing both functional wine tools and lifestyle reward products

- You only want to work on concepts or renders
- You prefer handing designs off without thinking about production
- You are not interested in materials, costs, or manufacturing constraints
- You want a very narrow role without ownership of a product range
- You prefer slow timelines, heavy process, or lots of admin
Why Join Good Pair Days
- The chance to build a distinctive rewards led wine and lifestyle product brand
