Iranian Beef Kebabs
- 400g beef steak, fat trimmed, meat cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 tbsp chermoula paste or harissa
- 300g small mushrooms
- 1 red capsicum, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1 tbsp oil
- Add the steak and chermoula paste to a bowl and mix to coat, then leave to marinate for 30 mins in the fridge.
- Thread the steak pieces, the mushrooms and the capsicum onto metal skewers, alternating as you go. Drizzle with oil and some seasoning, then grill for 8 mins, turning regularly until cooked to your liking. Serve with couscous salad.
