Ingredients
Method
- 400g tin of jackfruit in water
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 12 Little Gem lettuce leaves
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 sliced spring onion
- 1 sliced red chilli
- Shred the drained jackfruit between two forks, being careful to remove any seeds or tough lumps. Mix the jackfruit with the soy sauce, hoisin sauce and a pinch of sea salt.
- Divide the jackfruit between Little Gem lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, then scatter with the chopped chilli and spring onion to serve.
