Jalapeno Beef Burgers
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 800g quality steak mince
- 2 tsp English mustard
- 150g grated cheddar
- 1.5 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 red jalapeno chillies from a jar, chopped
- Buns, salads, sauces and sides, to serve
- Heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic to soften. Tip into a bowl, and mix with the mince, cheese, jalapenos, soy sauce, mustard and parsley. Season well, and shape into 6 big patties. Lightly oil the burgers on both sides, and griddle for 5 mins on each side, or until done to your liking. Serve in buns with all your favourite sauces, salads and more.
