Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion Period:
    • This offer is valid for all boxes paid for and shipped in January only.
    • Orders placed before or after January do not qualify for this promotion. Including orders that are generated and not paid for yet. Payment must be made in January.
  2. Eligibility:
    • This promotion only applies to ongoing members:
      • All members who order a box in January will receive a complimentary surprise reward.
    • First-time sign-ups or members receiving their month 1 box are not eligible for this promotion.
    • The promotion is automatically applied to all qualifying orders—no action needed.
  3. Rewards Allocation:
    • Each box will include a surprise item, chosen at random (a “lucky dip”).
    • Items may range from smaller accessories (e.g., bottle openers, wine tumblers, tea towels) to larger prizes (e.g., a deluxe mixed case worth over $1000/£500 or one of 10 bottles of champagne collectively worth over $1000/£500).
    • There is no guarantee of receiving a specific item or type of item.
  4. No Exchanges or Replacements:
    • Rewards cannot be requested, exchanged, or replaced based on personal preference.
    • If you receive an item you already have or don’t need, we encourage you to gift it to a friend.
    • If any rewards are damaged in transit or found to be flawed, unfortunately, no replacements can be offered as part of the Lucky Dip promotion. It’s all part of the luck, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
  5. No Cash Value:
    • The reward items carry no cash value and cannot be redeemed for monetary credit or refunds.
  6. Non-Appearance in Your Account:
    • Reward items will not appear in your checkout, order confirmation, “collected items” record, or subscription history. They are an untracked bonus.
  7. Limited Availability of Prizes:
    • While everyone receives a prize, the quantity and assortment of larger-value items (such as deluxe mixed cases and champagne) are limited.
    • Not all members will receive a high-value item.
  8. Multiple Boxes:
    • If you order multiple times in January, you will receive a separate reward for each order, subject to the same lucky-dip selection process.
  9. Shipping & Packaging:
    • Reward items will be included in your box packaging. Care is taken to protect items during shipping, but normal shipping conditions apply.
  10. No Customer Support Exceptions:
    • Customer support cannot fulfil requests for specific items or replacements. All queries relating to item choice or disappointment with the reward will be referred back to these terms.

Q: Have I been charged $/£ or points for this?

A: No! This is a completely FREE gift from us to you to thank you for your support over the last year.

Q. If I get a wine prize, can I claim the Happiness Guarantee if I don’t like it?

A. Unfortunately not.

Q) If I get a wine prize, can I rate the wine?

A. No. The wine will not show up in your cellar to rate because it is a lucky dip prize.

Q: What if my reward is damaged?

A: If your reward is damaged or flawed during transit, we cannot provide a replacement as part of the Lucky Dip promotion. We apologise for any inconvenience.
