Lamb and Mint Burger
- 125g lamb mince
- 1 grated red onion
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 30g mint, chopped
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp veg oil
- 1 ciabatta roll, to serve
- Mayo and sides, to serve
- Preheat the grill. Mix together the lamb, garlic, onion, coriander, mint and some seasoning until well combined, then shape into 2 patties and rub each side with oil. Grill for 5 mins on each side or until cooked through. Stuff into a ciabatta roll with some mayo and your favourite sides, sauces and pickles and enjoy!
