WHY/HOW DID YOU DECIDE TO GET INTO WINE?
I got into wine via my old man. We used to take family holidays to Tuscany and visit the odd cellar and vineyard so I guess my interest in wine started there.
WHAT CAN'T YOU GET ENOUGH OF AT THE MOMENT (WINE WISE)?
Any Chardonnay by Domaine Labet
(IF APPLICABLE) WHAT IS THE FASTEST MOVING WINE ON YOUR LIST AT THE MOMENT?
Burgundy is our biggest seller. It’s a constant tug of war, we build a Burgundy selection that we are really pleased with and then we sell through it all and have to start all over again.
WHAT GRAPE VARIETY DO YOU LOVE THE MOST AND WHY?
Sangiovese - Brunello di Montalcino has to be one of my favourite red wines to drink when I can afford to.
FAVOURITE PLACE TO EAT OR DRINK?
I really enjoy going to eat in Taco Queen in Peckham - The Mezcal Margaritas are excellent and i can’t get enough of Cauliflower Taco
CELEBRITY CRUSH?
Kelly Kapowski from Saved by the Bell - I don't really keep up to date with Celebrities anymore so i went for my teenage crush.
FAVOURITE MOVIE?
Too difficult to say! I think Black Panther has been one of the best films I have seen for a long time. I usually don't like Marvel films that much either.
FAVOURITE TYPE OF MUSIC/ARTIST?
I am a big fan of metal, I’m going to watch Meshuggah later in the year.
