- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g unsalted butter
- 200g white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 200g flour
- 20g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 5g sea salt flakes
- Add the chocolate and butter to a bowl and melt over a pan of simmering water. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla to thoroughly combine. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and whisk to incorporate, then fold in the flour, cocoa powder and salt.
- Divide the mixture between 6 greased ramekins and bake at 180C for 12 mins. Remove from the oven, leave to slightly cool, then serve with fresh berries or anything else you fancy.
