Ingredients
Method
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 500g minced beef
- 1⁄2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 1⁄2 tsp sweet smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 onion, quartered
- Fresh mint sprigs, to serve
- Dips, to serve
- Black pepper
- Mix together the beef, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Divide into 8 portions and press each portion firmly onto skewers, each about 10cm long.
- Brush a griddle pan with oil and place on a high heat. Cook the kebabs for 10 minutes, turning 4 times until well browned. Add the onion wedges onto the griddle for the last 5 minutes until charred, turning from time to time. Serve with salads, dips, and flatbreads.
