Miso Butter Cabbage Wedges

  • 125g softened butter
  • 60g white miso paste
  • 1 seasonal cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
  • Preheat the oven to 200C. Mix the softened butter and miso paste together to thoroughly combine, then season with pepper and sea salt.
  • Heat up a griddle pan and cook the cabbage wedges on all sides until well charred - about 10 mins will do the trick. Spread the miso butter all over the cabbage wedges, then place in an oven dish and cook in the oven for 8 mins or until very tender. A perfect side for roast white meats!
