- 450g cod fillet
- 100g white miso paste
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sake
- 350g raw peeled king prawns
- 400g green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Cut the cod into 4 equal portions and set aside. Mix the miso, mirin and sake in a small bowl, then add the cod and prawns to the mixture and leave to chill for at least 30 mins.
- When ready, preheat the oven to 240C. Toss the beans and sesame oil into an oven dish and season liberally, then lay the cod on top and roast for 5 mins. Add the prawns (discard the remaining marinade) and roast for 5 mins more or until cooked through, then serve with steamed sticky rice and lashings of soy sauce and sesame seeds.
