What you'll need:
- 1 big mushroom, sliced

Time: 30 mins
In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients apart from the bread and the garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Griddle the bread round or fry in a little butter. Place the grilled bread on a plate, and pile all the mixed salad on top of it. Top with the lightly fried garlic slices. Heaven!
