Ingredients
Method
- 250g firm tofu
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 300g snow peas
- 1 sliced garlic clove
- Thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
- 300g wok-ready egg noodles
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Cut the block of tofu into 12, and mix with 1 tbsp each of sesame oil and soy sauce. Stir fry the snow peas, garlic and ginger for 2 mins, then drizzle with 2 tbsp of water and fry for a minute or two more. Chuck in the noodles, soy sauce from the marinated tofu, and sesame seeds, and stir-fry for 2 mins.
- Add the tofu to the wok and splash with the rest of the soy sauce. Cover and cook for 1 min, then mix into the rest of the stir-fry. Serve in bowls with some more sesame oil and soy sauce drizzled on top.
