One-Pot Pork with Paprika

  • 3 sliced onions
  • 600g pork fillet
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 300ml chicken stock
  • 100ml crème fraîche
  • Bunch of parsley, chopped
  • Stir-fried cabbage and mashed potato, to serve
  • Fry the onions in 2 tbsp of oil for 15 mins, or until lightly coloured. Cut the pork into chunks and add to the pan, then stir to brown all over. Stir in the paprika, add the stock and bring to the boil. Cover and cook for 35 mins, then stir in the crème fraîche and parsley and serve with fried cabbage and mashed potato.
