Paprika, Beef and Pork Burgers

  • 250g beef steak mince
  • 250g pork mince
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Handful of chopped coriander
  • 4 burger buns
  • Salsa and mayo, to serve
  • Sweet potato fries, to serve
  • Combine the beef, pork, coriander and paprika in a bowl and season well. With damp hands, shape into 4 patties, then set aside in the fridge for an hour to firm up.
  • Heat a griddle pan and brush the burgers with a little oil. Griddle for 4 mins on each side, or until cooked through, then set aside to rest. Meanwhile, griddle the burger buns on the cut side until char-lined, then stuff with the mayo, salsa, burgers and anything else you fancy. Serve with sweet potato fries and more salsa on the side.
