Peanut Butter Brownies
- 230g crunchy peanut butter
- 200g dark chocolate, broken
- 285g brown sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 100g self-raising flour
- Set aside 50g of chocolate and the same amount of peanut butter. Preheat the oven to 180C and line a 20cm baking tin with paper. Melt the remaining peanut butter with the chocolate and sugar, until combined. Transfer into a bowl, allow to cool slightly, then beat in the eggs one by one. Stir in the flour, mix gently, and spoon into the tin.
- Melt the remaining peanut butter until runny, and drizzle all over the brownie mix. Bake for 20-25 mins (you want a crust but a gooey centre). Melt the reserve chocolate, drizzle all over the top, then cool and cut into squares. Perfect!
