Perfect Crispy Tofu



  • 400g firm tofu
  • 3 tbsp cornflour
  • ½ tsp each of garlic granules, smoked paprika, salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp veg oil
  • Drain the tofu and wrap in kitchen paper to remove any excess moisture. Mix the garlic, flour, paprika, and seasoning in a small bowl, then cut the tofu into triangles and toss in the seasoned flour. Fry in the oil at sizzling temperature for 2-4 mins on each side, or until golden and crisp. Drain on kitchen paper, season with sea salt, and serve as a tempting snack.
