- 1 tbsp good olive oil
- 500g padron peppers
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Fry the padron peppers, stirring very frequently, for about 5-6 minutes or until wilted and blistered. You want them soft and slightly charred, so don’t worry about overcooking them! Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with sea salt flakes, then serve with salsa, olives, and other tapas.
