Pork and Apple Burgers
- 300g sausagemeat
- 4 burger buns
- 4 tsp onion marmalade
- 2 handfuls of rocket leaves
- 2 tsp mayo
- A dash of mustard
- Chips, to serve
- Season the meat and divide into 4 portions, then shape into patties with damp hands. Fry for 10-12 mins, flipping a couple of times, until golden and cooked through. Heat the grill to high, and toast the buns cut-side up.
- Spread the bottom half of the buns with marmalade, then add the burgers. Top with apple slices, rocket, mayo and mustard, then add the top half of the buns and serve with chips. So easy, so delicious!
