Ingredients
Method
- 2 nests of egg noodles, cooked to pack instructions
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250g pork tenderloin chunks
- Thumb-sized piece of ginger, chopped
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 green capsicum, sliced
- 100g snowpeas
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Mix the cornflour with 1 tbsp of water, and mix in the soy sauce and honey. Heat the oil in a wok, chuck in the pork pieces and cook for 2 mins to brown all over. Toss in the ginger, garlic, capsicum, and snowpeas, cook for 2 more minutes, then add the soy and honey mixture. Allow to bubble away for a few minutes, then divide the cooked noodles between 2 bowls and top with the pork and veggies, and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
