Prosciutto Dippers with Creamy Pesto

  • 300g soft cheese
  • 2 tbsp green pesto
  • 140g pack of grissini bread sticks
  • 90g prosciutto slices
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Mix the cheese and pesto to combine. Halve each grissini breadstick, and cut the prosciutto into strips to wrap around the ends of each grissini. Serve with the pesto dip, scattered with pine nuts and a drizzle of olive oil. So simple, so delicious!
