Pulled Pork Sliders with Cider Slaw

  • 800g store-bought pulled pork (or leftover home-cooked)
  • 8 small brioche slider buns
  • 200g coleslaw mix(pre-shredded cabbage and carrot)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Your favourite BBQ sauce
  • Dress the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss well and rest 10 mins.
  • Warm the pulled pork in a pan or microwave. Lightly toast the slider buns. Pile pulled pork onto buns, top with slaw and finish with a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
