- 6 ripe peaches
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 pack of serrano ham or similar
- Black pepper
- Slice the peaches. Wrap each slice with a large basil leaf and a slice of jamon, and spear with a cocktail stick. Season with black pepper, and serve as part of a tapas platter or a side at a barbecue.
