  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 large Savoy cabbage, cut into six wedges
  • Heat the oven to 200C. Whisk together the olive oil, zest and juice of the lemon, and some seasoning in a jug. Tip the cabbage wedges onto an oiled baking tray, and spoon the dressing all over. Roast for 45 mins, turning halfway through - you want the cabbage golden and lightly charred, with the stems nicely tender. Serve as a side to roast chicken dishes, or anything else you fancy.
