Rosemary Roasted Almond Nibbles



  • 200g blanched almonds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped rosemary leaves
  • 1⁄2 tsp smoked paprika
  • This beautiful snack is easily made by adding the blanched almonds to a wide-based pan, which should be put on a high heat. The nuts can be fried with the olive oil, salt, and rosemary, and fried until crisp. Remove from the heat, toss in the paprika, stir well, and serve.
