  • 750g potatoes, cut into 2cm chunks
  • 2 tbsp veg oil
  • 10g chopped rosemary leaves
  • 500g pork sausages
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • ½ chopped red chilli
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 4 spring onions, halved
  • Preheat the oven to 200C. Place the potatoes in a baking tray, toss with the oil, rosemary and some salt and pepper, then nestle in the sausages and bake for 20 mins.
  • Meanwhile, whisk the honey, chilli, mustard and garlic together in a small bowl. Drizzle all over the sausages and potatoes and toss well to coat, then cook for a further 25 mins in the oven. Add the spring onions to the tray for the final 5 mins, then serve with steamed cabbage or anything else you fancy.
