Seared Tuna with Pak Choi
- 1 tuna steak
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Squeeze of lime
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pak choi, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- ½ lime, juice only
- 2 tsp chicken stock
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Make your pak choi by heating the oil in a frying pan, and sauteing the pak choi for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic, the lime juice, and soy sauce, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the stock, simmer for 3 minutes, then set aside.
- Season the tuna steak, and sear for 2 minutes on either side in a hot pan with some oil. Serve on a bed of the pak choi with another squeeze of lime over the fish.
