Ingredients
Method
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 10g gochujang chilli paste
- 180g cooked white rice
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- ½ bunch of spring onions, chopped
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- ½ pointed cabbage, shredded
- 150g beansprouts
- 40g chopped salted peanuts
- 2 fried eggs, to finish
- Mix the chilli paste and soy sauce in a small bowl. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan and cook the spring onions and garlic for a minute or two, or until sizzling.
- Toss the shredded cabbage into the pan and stir-fry for a couple of minutes, then tip in the cooked rice beansprouts and stir-fry for 3 mins more or until hot. Stir in the chilli mixture and peanuts, then tip into bowls and top with the fried eggs. Simple… but delicious!
