Sesame Tuna with Rainbow Slaw
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lime, ½ juiced, half cut into wedges
- ¼ shredded red cabbage
- ½ red chilli, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 100g bean sprouts
- 30g chopped toasted peanuts
- 2 x 2cm tuna steaks
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Combine the lime juice, sesame oil, and some seasoning, then toss with the cabbage, chilli, beansprouts, peanuts, and yellow pepper.
- Heat a frying pan until searing hot, then season the fish steaks and coat in the sesame seeds. Fry for 3 mins on each side, or until browned on the outside and pink in the middle. Leave to rest for a few mins, then serve with the slaw and some lime wedges.
