Ingredients
Method
- 3 tbsp tomato purée
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 pork steaks
- Black pepper
- To Serve
- 4 rolls
- 150g coleslaw
- Salad leaves
- Put the tomato purée, orange juice, paprika, and salt and plenty of pepper in the slow cooker. Add 4 tbsp of cold water, and stir to combine. Add the pork to the slow cooker, and turn to coat with the sauce. Cook for 4-5 hours on high, or until very tender. Break up the meat with 2 forks, then pile into buns with your choice of toppings.
