  • 1 tbsp veg oil
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 3 x 400g tins of black beans, drained
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tbsp each smoked paprika and ground cumin
  • Flour tortillas, to serve
  • Salsa and hot sauce, to serve
  • Heat the oil and fry the garlic for a minute or two, then tip in the beans. Pour over the vinegar, honey, and spices, along with some seasoning. Cook until warmed through, crushing gently with a wooden spoon. Serve in warmed tortillas with whatever sauces or cheese you fancy.
