Ingredients
Method
- 4 x 150g squid, cleaned
- Olive oil
- For the Spice Mix
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tsp sea salt flakes
- Mix together the ingredients for the spice mix, then coat the squid with the marinade and leave in the fridge to chill for 2 hours or longer. Preheat a griddle pan, splash in a little oil, and cook the squid for 3 mins on each side. Drizzle with more oil, and serve on a bed of green salad leaves with some lemon wedges for squeezing.
