Tandoori Salmon Steaks
- 1 tsp each ground ginger, cumin and coriander
- ½ tsp each paprika and turmeric
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 2 ground cloves
- 1 crushed cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp oil
- 300ml yoghurt
- 4 salmon steaks
- Bombay potatoes and salad, to serve
- Place all the spices in a bowl and mix with the oil and yoghurt. Smear half the mixture over the fish steaks and leave to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Place the marinated salmon steaks on a foil lined tray and grill for 4 mins on each side, then serve immediately with Bombay potatoes, salad, and any dips or chutneys you fancy.
