Tikka Cod on Garlic Naan
- 250g cod fillet
- 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
- 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 small naans
- Knob of garlic butter
- ½ thinly sliced red onion
- Chopped coriander
- Preheat the grill to high. Cut the fish into bite-sized chunks, then mix with the tikka paste, seasoning and yoghurt to coat. Set aside to sit for 10 mins.
- Place the fish on a rack over a baking tray and grill for 4 mins on each side, or until cooked through and slightly charred. Grill the naans for 2 mins, then spread with the garlic butter and top with the fish. Drizzle with a little more yoghurt, then serve scattered with the onion and coriander.
