Tuna Steaks with Spicy Edamame
- 2 x 150g tuna steaks
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 200g cooked edamame
- 1 lime, halved
- 1 chopped red chilli
- Rice noodles, cooked to serve
- Brush the tuna steaks with oil and season liberally. Griddle on a very hot pan for 2 mins on each side, or until just cooked through. Squeeze over half the lime.
- Tip the cooked edamame into a bowl and stir in the chilli and a squeeze of lime. Serve with the tuna and some rice noodles, and enjoy.
