Turkish Lamb Burgers
- 1 kg quality lamb mince
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 chopped red onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 25g chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- Flatbreads, dips and pickles, to serve
- Mix all of the burger ingredients together in a bowl, season well, and then shape into 8 patties with damp hands - you want them about 2cm thick. Chill for 1 hour in the fridge. Barbecue for 5 mins on each side, or until just cooked through, then serve in flatbreads with all your favourite pickles, sauces and sides. Perfect!
