Walnut, Pear, and Goat’s Cheese Tartines
- 4 pears
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 4 slices of seeded sourdough
- 200g soft goat’s cheese
- Small handful of chives, chopped
- 50g chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Rocket, to serve
- Preheat a griddle pan. Cut the pears into eighths or quarters, depending on the size, and brush with oil. Griddle for a few mins until charred on all sides, then drizzle with the honey.
- Toast the bread, and spread with plenty of goat’s cheese and top with the chives, walnuts, and your sticky pears. Drizzle with balsamic, and serve immediately with a handful of rocket. Delicious!
