Warm Potato and Dill Salad



  • 250g new potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cook the new potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 15 minutes, or until just tender. Mix the cooked potatoes with all the other ingredients, season to taste, and serve as a delicious side with other salads and cheeses.
