There's a quiet kind of winemaking happening at Lansdowne Wines, the kind that trusts the grapes to do most of the talking. Tucked into a cool pocket of the Adelaide Hills, the team has spent years tending the soil, building resilience in the vines, and stepping back when it matters. The result is organic fruit and wines made with a gentle hand, each one shaped by its season rather than steered into shape. Honest, considered, and very easy to enjoy.

The Hunter Valley has been shaped over millions of years. Alisdair and Kenisha Tulloch of Aeon Wine think that deserves some respect. Every Aeon wine comes from a single vineyard in central Pokolbin, grown and made on the same soils that have defined this region for longer than anyone can remember. No shortcuts, no wandering outside the valley. Just two people, good friends, family, and one of Australia's great wine regions doing what it does best.

Orange is one of Australia's most exciting cool climate wine regions, and Grape Pirates are making the most of every metre. Aaron and Bex bring decades of hands-on experience across four countries to every small batch, minimal intervention wine they make: fruit driven, honest, and full of character. If you haven't tried Orange yet, this is where to start.

🗓️ Wednesday, 15 July | 5:30pm – 7:00pm | Frankly This Wine Was Made By Bob
Tom and his dad Bob started making wine together in a shed in Blackheath. That was 2016. A decade on, they're farming four hectares in the Megalong Valley, converting to organic, and keeping the cellar philosophy exactly as it was from day one: nothing added, nothing taken away. The label says it all. Frankly this wine was made by Bob.

Bottles at takeaway price. These bottles aren't normally on our shelves. The maker's brought them in just for tonight. Take one home, or drink it in at the same shelf price. 

Linger over a glass. These maker wines aren't normally available by the glass. We didn't want to tease you with a taste and send you home. So on Meet the Maker nights, any wine on the tasting lineup is yours by the glass at a special price.

Cheese & charcuterie: Because wine is better with friends, and friends are better with cheese.

Meet Funky Fridays. Every week we're opening 2-3 bottles that colour outside the lines. Orange wine. Pet-nat. Skin-contact. Unexpected grapes, styles and regions you probably weren't planning on falling for.

We're filling the Surry Hills store with live music every Sunday from 2pm, starting 31 May and running through June. Wander in, grab a glass, and stay a while.
