🗓️ Wednesday, 27th May | 5:30pm – 7:00pm | Babino/Babo
Justin Bubb spent nearly a decade making wine in Italy before coming home with a suitcase full of ideas and a vision for Babo. Fresher, lighter styles that actually reflect how Italians drink, and priced like he wants you to come back for more. He knows his growers by name, knows their kids' names probably, and it's the closest thing to Italy in your glass without the airfare.
🗓️ Wednesday, 3rd June | 5:30pm – 7:00pm | Gant & Co
Matt Gant of Gant & Co spent two decades making wine across Italy, Spain, the US and the Barossa before settling in Karridale, one of Margaret River's most southerly sites. Cool climate, lovingly grown, shaped by the Southern Ocean breeze. The wines are fresh, elegant, balanced and seriously moreish. Come try the range and see what we mean!
🗓️ Wednesday, 10th June | 5:30pm – 7:00pm | Fleet Wines
Lisa and Justin Jenkins spent over 30 years pouring the world's best wines at Melbourne's most iconic bars and restaurants. In 2016, they swapped the city for South Gippsland (Justin's childhood home) and launched Fleet Wines. Small batch, limited release, full of personality. Every bottle captures a fleeting moment in time, driven by flavour and vibrancy. We'll let the wines do the talking. But do be warned, they are conversation starters.

Some families just can't stop. Vic Peos's grandfather made wine in Macedonia. His family made it in Manjimup. And now Vic, third generation, is doing it in one of WA's most pristine and quietly extraordinary pockets of cool climate country. Peos Estate was planted in 1996, a tribute to the men who came before him. Some traditions are worth carrying across the world. This is your chance to taste exactly why.

There's a quiet kind of winemaking happening at Lansdowne Wines, the kind that trusts the grapes to do most of the talking. Tucked into a cool pocket of the Adelaide Hills, the team has spent years tending the soil, building resilience in the vines, and stepping back when it matters. The result is organic fruit and wines made with a gentle hand, each one shaped by its season rather than steered into shape. Honest, considered, and very easy to enjoy.

Found a favourite? Stick around. While the maker's in the room, we've put a few things on special.
Bottles at takeaway price. These bottles aren't normally on our shelves. The maker's brought them in just for tonight. Take one home, or drink it in at the same shelf price.
Linger over a glass. These maker wines aren't normally available by the glass. We didn't want to tease you with a taste and send you home. So on Meet the Maker nights, any wine on the tasting lineup is yours by the glass at a special price.

🎷 Live Music Arvo

We're filling the Surry Hills store with live music every Sunday from 2pm, starting 31 May and running through June. Wander in, grab a glass, and stay a while.
