Each session includes free tastings! Seating is first come, best served.

🗓️ Wednesday, 6th May | 5:30pm – 7:00pm | Vignerons Schmölzer & Brown
Two regions, one philosophy: spend more time in the vineyard than the winery. Tessa Brown of VS & B crafts hand-picked, native yeast wines from Beechworth and the King Valley. The focus is organic farming, minimal additions, and fruit that tastes like somewhere. From their estate vines at Thorley to a tiny neighbour's parcel they've tended since 2014, these are wines grown with patience and poured without fuss.

Matt Keoghan of Anvers Wines is bringing a slice of cool-climate Adelaide Hills to the store. Tucked near Kangarilla, this boutique estate was founded by a Belgian family in 1983. The European sensibility shows in wines that are precise, restrained, and built to last. Their Kingsway Shiraz and Chardonnay have picked up fans worldwide, and it's easy to see why.
🗓️ Wednesday, 20th May | 5:30pm – 7:00pm | Les Fruits
Tim Stock of Les Fruits is a Best Australian Sommelier turned winemaker, and it shows. He sources organically grown fruit from the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale, made with a "do nothing unless it needs to be done" philosophy. Minimal intervention, but with enough character in the glass to keep you curious.
🗓️ Wednesday, 27th May | 5:30pm – 7:00pm | Babino/Babo
Justin Bubb spent nearly a decade making wine in Italy before coming home with a suitcase full of ideas and a vision for Babo. Fresher, lighter styles that actually reflect how Italians drink, and priced like he wants you to come back for more. He knows his growers by name, knows their kids' names probably, and it's the closest thing to Italy in your glass without the airfare.
